Before I started taking these, I was toying with depression. I knew it. I could see it coming. But at that time I really didn't care. I hated the world and everyone in it. After taking them, I'm not back to 100% but I'm doing a lot better. Obviously it didn't solve what was causing the depression. But it did give me enough mental clarity to realize I couldn't live like I was. It's a wonderful mood booster. I highly recommend this supplement!
