I'm not as some might call a treehugger. But I do try to do things without harmful chemicals. I hate things that might crawl across my toes. I don't know why, I just do. If there is something that will keep things from crawling over my toes while I sleep (or while I'm awake) I need it in my life. This works really well. But it does take some time to do what it needs to do. Although it would be funny, plugging this in isn't going to cause all the ants in the house to stampede out the door. Go ahead, imagine that, lol. It would be awesome though. It sends out a tone that doesn't bother pets but pests cannot handle it. Over time, they relocate to anywhere better. Or worse, I can't say for certain.
