My little girl is quite the artist. And she has quite a temper. I figured two birds, one stone. This takes her into her zone, but it also gives her some quiet time to relax. I've noticed she colors in the book right before bed. It's not tedious, but it does take some patience. This is the second book I've gotten her. And I've even started using it to relax as well. Who said coloring was only for kids. Everyone need one of these and The Craft of Coloring is a great place to start. The designs aren't difficult or time consuming. And the Mandala's are very pretty. Great buy!
