I've only been using this for a week and I'm pleased (ashamed) to say that there's a huge difference already. I definitely needed to whiten my teeth and luckily this tastes pleasant, without bothering my sensitive teeth. I love that everything is separately packaged. I had some trouble keeping them straight on my teeth, the strips seemed to want to slide around. But once I got them in place, they stayed put for the most part.
